We review the facts and outline practical next-step options. For funding matters, this includes evaluating what type of financing may fit. For PACA matters, this includes identifying the applicable business process and when USDA resources or legal counsel may be appropriate.

When a financing request is appropriate, we prepare the business story and present the file to financing sources whose programs may fit. For PACA or restructuring matters, we help coordinate communications and professional resources as needed.

Decision & Next Steps
We help the business owner compare available options, understand key terms and move forward with the selected path. Final legal decisions belong to the client and counsel; final credit decisions belong to the financing provider.
